Apparently, they trusted the quality assurance at their factories as much as I did.And they could send it without my having to pay tax or shipping. I haven’t so much as cracked open the packaging yet but I flat out refused to return that notebook until they righted the situation. Not sure how effective it is though. Turned it on and it started making this screeching noise. They sent me a quote and everything, eagerly telling me that they could ship it on the very same day. Yeah, fat chance! It’s the same old crap that I’ve been dealing with for the past year.
